The company supports online casinos all around Europe and you will have colleagues from 25 different nationalities. The office in Limassol has 180 employees and you will be a part of a young environment in the age range of 18-35 years.
You will be working as a customer service agent for the Norwegian and English market and you will among other interesting tasks answer requests from customers via telephone, email and chat.
Your daily work include tasks like these:
💭 You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
