The job
As a German Customer Service Advisor in the technology and consumer electronics sector, you will deliver timely, accurate and professional customer support via phone, chat, social media and email. Your objective is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and support end users with technical troubleshooting.
Your daily work will include
Managing incoming calls, chats, messages and emails
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs
Asking probing questions to understand technical issues
Guiding end users through troubleshooting steps
Building sustainable relationships through clear and interactive communication
Providing accurate and complete information using internal tools and systems
Meeting personal and team targets
Recording customer interactions and updating accounts
Working Monday to Friday within operational hours

Your qualifications
Native or near-native German (written and spoken)
