The job

This role is for you who would like to be part of a positive, confident, and enthusiastic customer service team. We love to help, guide and assist our customers - and we expect that you also take pride in good service. Working in our energetic and multicultural environment, this role will introduce you to a variety of topics: including bets, payments, verifications and general account inquiries.

The job consists of the following tasks:

📞 Answering customer inquiries via live chat, e-mail and phone

💻 Providing the customer a positive experience and first-time resolution when assisting with inquiries and complaints

📄 Having to contact internal departments in English in order to resolve our customers' queries

🕵🏻 Investigating issues thoroughly and escalating inquiries when necessary

Your background and skills:

💭 You both speak and write fluent German and English

💪🏻 You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

💻 You possess competent computer skills

⏳ Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
