The job
As a German Customer Advisor in the financial services sector (B2C), you will support private customers and ensure a high level of service quality.
This is a hybrid role, combining office presence with remote work flexibility.
You will handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining excellent service standards and building long-term customer trust.
Your daily work will include

Managing inbound calls, emails and live chats

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs

Building sustainable relationships through clear and professional communication

Providing accurate and complete information using internal systems

Meeting personal and team performance targets

Recording customer interactions and updating customer accounts

Following compliance guidelines and internal procedures
-
Working Monday to Friday between 09:00–20:00 in rotational shifts
