The job

The main purpose of the role is to thoroughly go through reports regarding website content It is a very detail oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Review user reports regarding website content
• Objectively evaluate and classify the content
• Daily content compliance monitoring and corrective measures application
• Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
• Propose solutions to improve the support of user community
• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

 

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience is not mandatory. You need excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferably with a legal background or travel industry.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.

🥇 Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
