In this job as German B2B Customer Care Payments Advisor you will be handling transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.). Next to this, you will handle the onboarding of new customers (B2B), and furthermore you will be updating the merchants' information in the companies database.
Before you start working, you will receive 3 weeks of fulltime training. After that you will get 2 nesting weeks with 50% productivity expected.
💭 You are a native German speaker (C2), with good English skills (C1).
💻 Strong PC handling skills and comfortable with multiple software usage. Fast understanding and an ease of working with numbers and data. Proficient in MS Office.
💪🏻 You have an analytical mind and can deal with complex financial inquiries. You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and are a real team-player.
🥇 Good communication skills, a multitasker & target oriented.
