The job:

As a customer support agent for PlayStation your duties include answering phone calls from players as well as answering e-mails, related to their console/network query’s. There will mainly occur cases concerning PlayStation Account, like reset passwords, payments etc.. Some knowledge of PlayStation or gaming equipment is an advantage, but you will receive all necessary training beforehand!

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Answer players' phone calls and emails related to their console/network inquiries, etc.


Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2). And you need an EU passport!

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills as well as an understanding for the gaming industry. Excellent multitasking skills.

      💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

      🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
