The Job

Working in customer care means being the first point of contact between the customer and the company. Therefore, you must communicate in a warm and empathetic fashion. Your tasks will include:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service to customers via live chat and emails
  • Inform customers of ongoing promotions
  • Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies
  • Keep up to date with new information/policies
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments where necessary
  • Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed
  • Travel abroad if it's needed to host event and to meet VIP customers!

Your Qualifications

💭 You speak French natively (or bilingual) and English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer service is a plus.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

💪🏻 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and techniques.

🥇Excellent problem solving skills. You must have the skills to negotiate and influence.
