As a Team Leader, you act as the employer’s representative and co-lead a team of around 30 customer advisors, together with another Team Leader. You are responsible for supporting the team members in achieving their goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance in all aspects of their work. Your leadership duties include conducting regular one-on-one discussions and hosting monthly team meetings. You will also be responsible for promoting team wellbeing, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring effective communication. Recruitment may also be part of your role when needed. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
Approximately 50% of your working hours will be dedicated to leadership responsibilities, while the other 50% will involve customer advisor tasks. The role also includes onboarding new employees and supporting them with relocation and everyday matters. You’ll assist with housing arrangements, plan and organize activity days, and handle day-to-day office operations.
💭 You are fluent in Finnish and English (C1 level or above).
🎓 You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a customer service environment
💪🏻 You have proven leadership skills, including skills in tracking and evaluating agent performance.
