  • Provide the best possible customer service to corporate clients, to foster and support long-term relationships.
  • Ensure that service, administrative, and sales targets are met while maintaining the client relationship.
  • Resolve customer issues in a manner that ensures the preservation of a positive relationship.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Process incoming corporate loan applications according to established practices and procedures.
  • Proactively reach out to active and passive customers with sales and retention offers.
  • Continuously monitor new leads and assist new potential customers in successfully submitting the required documents.
  • Be responsible for soft debt collection and payment agreements in accordance with collection strategies and practices.


Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is both recommended and an advantage. You are sSales-oriented and customer-focused – the goal is to build lifelong value for your customers. This requires not only selling to the customer but also negotiating terms to ensure both parties are happy and continue the long-term partnership.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

      💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills.

      🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
