    The job:

    As this sales position you will be in charge of reaching out and contacting potential clients, and building as well as maintaining relationships with other businesses. You will receive all necessary training and information, and you will gain valuable work experience within the world's biggest search engine! Your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick
      reports, assess needs and close the sale
      • Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different
      verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
      • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage
      prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.
      • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial
      pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
      • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
      • Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with
      • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase
      spending in products currently used


    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Finnish at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 1 year experience in a sales position, knowledge of CRM system.

    💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. 

        💪🏻 Outgoing personality, confidence shining through, good at building relations over the phone.

        🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
