As an RG Analyst, you will support the development, maintenance, and daily operations of Responsible Gaming, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and on time.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a 24/7 operational environment, with a hybrid working model based in Sliema, Malta.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and analyse player activity to identify Responsible Gaming risks
- Communicate with players via phone, email, and live chat to suggest appropriate RG tools (such as limits or cool-off periods)
- Conduct in-depth account reviews based on system alerts and reports
- Identify players who may require ongoing monitoring or intervention
- Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and actions taken
- Promote Responsible Gaming awareness internally, especially within operational teams
- Suggest improvements to Responsible Gaming processes and procedures
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by management
You will report directly to the Head of Responsible Gaming.
