The job:

If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey and contribute to use your skills in sales and communication, don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity! You will work as a Sales Representative and are expected to be highly skilled in outbound phone calls, as a meeting booker, and have the ability to gain access to the right person and act in the space between potential obstacles. To succeed in securing new business, you need to have a deep understanding of the organisation's market, target audience, and product.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Work normal office hours with weekends off.
    • Outbound telephone meeting booking.
    • Get access to the right person and operate in the space between gatekeepers.
    • Handle outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner.
    • The challenge is that people's needs are constantly changing, so you must be flexible and quick to adapt, so you will spend time to stay always ajour.

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 At least 6-12 months experience in outbound meeting booking and product introduction - it is a plus if it is B2b and software. Furthermore, you must be self-motivated and have experience in working from home.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills, and you possess the ability to use available data sources to identify and reach potential customers.

        💪🏻 Persuasive presentation skills with the ability to generate engagement, prepare and qualify significant sales opportunities in planned and confirmed online meetings.

        🥇 Winning personality that shines through during phone calls, and with a strong individual drive and performance level - ability to be a team player and be motivated by the team's success.
