The job:

• Talk on the phone 90% of the time about promotions, new products and general info abot the company 
• You will speak to people that are already customers, and not try to get new ones.
• Sometimes will reply emails or solve any problems pointed by the customers
• This is an outbound position with phone calling being the main channel of communication with the clients. 

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Finnish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 Needs to be very outgoing, willing to talk to people. Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
