As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling the daily activities of security agents, ensuring that all protocols are followed and operations run effectively. You will investigate incidents related to access control and CCTV, develop and maintain security policies, and ensure compliance with regulations. In this role, you will also manage team schedules, integrate new employees, administer locker systems, and maintain professional cooperation with subcontractors, law enforcement, and internal departments.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Supervising and coordinating the security team’s daily activities
Investigating incidents involving CCTV and access control systems
Developing, implementing, and updating security policies and procedures
Scheduling and coordinating team shifts and services
Managing onboarding tasks such as access cards and internal documentation
Administering the locker system and ensuring proper maintenance
Maintaining communication with subcontractors for security and fire alarm systems
Collaborating with local law enforcement to address security issues
Interacting professionally with employees and guests to ensure a safe environment
💭 You are proficient in English and confident in operating a PC.
🎓 You have medium-level studies and can provide an original diploma or certified copy (minimum high school).
💪🏻 You have mandatory team management experience and 8–10 years in a similar role (ideally in Law Enforcement or Military).
🥇 You have excellent communication skills, self-control, discipline, and strong attention to detail.
📄 You hold a valid passport (minimum 1 year 3 months validity at the time of application, for non-Hague Convention nationals legalization may be required).
📌 For candidates already in Serbia: White Card, landlord’s ID, lease agreement, and entry stamp in passport.
