The job

As the Head of Studio Management, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing operational strategy. You will oversee the setup and daily management of operations, build and lead teams, and ensure alignment with global standards as well as local Serbian requirements. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage high-level projects in a dynamic international environment.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Overseeing the setup and ongoing management of studio operations in Serbia
• Defining and executing operational strategies in line with global standards and local requirements
• Building, nurturing, and managing effective teams to ensure operational excellence
• Ensuring compliance with Serbian regulatory and legal frameworks
• Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
• Analyzing data and using operational management systems to drive informed decision-making
• Acting as the main point of contact with stakeholders and external partners
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in operations
• Ensuring all operational goals are achieved on time and within budget

Your qualifications

💭 You are fluent in English and Serbian, with strong communication and leadership skills.
🎓 You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
💪🏻 You have extensive experience in operations management with proven leadership responsibilities, ideally in the iGaming or a similar industry.
🥇 You are experienced in establishing and managing operations, project management, and team leadership.
📊 You are proficient in operational management systems, data analysis tools, and KPI-driven decision-making.
📄 You hold a valid passport (minimum 1 year 3 months validity at the time of application, for non-Hague Convention nationals legalization may be required).
📌 For candidates already in Serbia: White Card, landlord’s ID, lease agreement, and entry stamp in passport.
✅ Certifications in project management or leadership (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a strong plus.
🔑 You have strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
