As a Technical Support Specialist for this Dutch leading telecom provider, you’ll support customers with technical questions. The questions they have are mostly related to their internet connection, modem setup, or WiFi issues.
All day long, you have to remember this: helping someone reconnect their router, walking them through installation steps, or checking why their signal isn’t stable. You’ll troubleshoot, explain things clearly, and make sure every customer gets back online smoothly.
💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and English at a communicative level
🎓 Experience in customer care is an asset, but no requirement
💻 You have basic PC and phone skills
💪🏻 Service-minded and able to listen actively
🥇 You are eager to learn and develop
