    • Be the superhero our customers need! Assist them with their inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools.
    • Tackle customer cases and provide support for online orders, following our streamlined support process.
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.
    • Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
    • Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner


    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English.

    🎓 At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support industry. Sales skill and experience of Retail is an advantage.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to shift to chat, email, contact us form & Messaging support when needed.

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
