Are you an ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We are looking for a
driven Account Manager to join our team, focused on boosting the adoption of the Qeld VISA
credit card in the Dutch market. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new
customers and ensuring they become active and satisfied users of the Qeld VISA (Card brand
of Qred Bank).

This job is a remote position, which you can do from anywhere within Europe.

The job

Launched in Sweden in August 2021 and in the Netherlands in October 2025, the Qeld VISA is
designed specifically for small entrepreneurs, simplifying cashflow management and easing
their daily business operations. It has been extremely well-received by small businesses. This role is best suited for a hardworking, goal-oriented salesperson who thrives on challenging
targets and significant call volumes.

Your key responsibilities within this job are:

  • High-volume sales outreach: Conduct hundreds of weekly outbound phone calls to
    potential small business customers, effectively selling the benefits and utility of the Qred
    VISA credit card.
  • Customer activation and retention: Drive engagement with acquired customers,
    ensuring they actively use the Qeld VISA and become long-term, satisfied users.

We offer

  • Onboarding and training: first 2 days of formal introduction, followed by 2 weeks of intense training, conducted simultaneously while doing sales
  • 160 working hours per month, predominantly between 09:00 and 17:00
  • Direct, hands-on support and coaching from a dedicated Sales Manager
  • We provide necessary software to conduct sales, such as telco software, tracking board,
    and prospecting lists
  • Fixed commission for the first 3 months with extra commission possibilities

Your qualifications

💭 You are a native or Dutch speaker (C2 level) and fluent in English (C1 level).
🎓 You have proven experience in high-volume, phone-based new customer acquisition. Prior experience in conducting volume based sales in nearby industries (i.e. Telecom,
Energy or Insurances) is a bonus.
💪🏻 A persistent, ambitious, and competitive approach to achieving targets.
🥇 You are highly organised, independent, and detail-oriented.
