The job:

As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Handling customer calls, emails, and chats, as well as providing technical support.
    • Placing orders (Agents will also be expected to cross-sell or up-sell when appropriate)
    • Inquiries about the products; including customized products and/or services
    • Locating product at the stores and Authorized Dealers who carry the products
    • Collecting and providing feedback regarding the products, websites, and advertising
    • Setting up returns, checking status of returns and refunds, assisting with refunds (dependent on payment method)
    • Handling Consumer Complaints regarding their experience at NK Authorized Retailers
    • Fielding general business inquiries around areas such as sponsorship and corporate responsibility
    • Providing technical support for users of the company's apps
    • Scheduling call backs and performing outbound calls

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

        🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
