The job:

Working in customer support you will deliver support to customers speaking Dutch. You will be working with a young and vibrant team in Athens, analyzing the customers' problems and helping solve them - alone or by consulting other experts to ensure the appropriate solutions via phone calls and email

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Troubleshooting issues to make sure that clients get the help they need
  • Answer calls and e-mails from customers who have questions regarding features or have issues relating to mobile or web apps, their accounts, or general inquiry
  • Become an expert in the products and help clients get a great understanding
  • Represent the company positively and professionally, and be the voice for the dutch speaking market
  • Update the internal database regarding cases with all appropriate information
  • Customer retention through relationship building

Your qualifications:

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Minimum of 1 year in customer support and administration in tech/software support role. Experience with Salesforce is an asset.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver. Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
