The job

As a Dutch Customer Service Representative you represent a Dutch health insurance company. You are the first point of contact for policyholders, which means you will be handling incoming phone calls in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Most inquiries relate to: premiums. reimbursements, the mandatory deductible or coverage and benefits.

You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and provide clear and accurate information. In your role as an advisor, you actively respond to the customer’s needs. With a helpful attitude and a service-minded approach, you take pride in going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be part of a team committed to reliability, transparency, and personal service. Together, you make sure every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

We offer

  • Work 24-39 hours (fixed hours per week)
  • Work Monday - Friday from 08.00 to 18.00
  • Health insurance

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and English at a communicative level

🎓 Experience in customer care is an asset, but no requirement

💻 You have basic PC and phone skills

💪🏻 Service-minded and able to listen actively

🥇 You are eager to learn and develop
