As Customer Support Representative you will be talking to customers all day long. You will be doing this via Email, phone conversations or online chats. Clients will contact you with questions about anything related to the company you are representing. During the first 1 to 4 weeks you will receive the necessary training to master helping clients. This training will be in English, but your eventual job will be in Dutch.
You don't need any previous experience to start working in this job. Once you start, there will be a lot of possibilities to grow within the company. You could become a team leader, trainer, recruiter, quality analyst, project manager or you could start working in the marketing department. This job is a starting point, but it could become so much more over time.
💭 You speak and write Dutch at a B2 or C1 level and you can communicate in English.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
