As a Customer Service Advisor for this Dutch telecom provider you will be the go-to expert for customers in need. You help them with questions about their telecom package, such as updating personal details, subscriptions, invoices, and orders.
In this role, you can also use your sales skills. If you identify a sales opportunity, it's time to get into action mode. You use the skills by trying to upsell other products and services. Important for this role is that you are comfortable doing these sales because it is a part of the job (but not the focus).
