The job

As an Affiliate Translation Associate you will play a key role in processing and managing safety data. Your tasks will include:

• Receive reports via email, shared drives, and calls
• Translation of documents to and from English
• Maintenance of accurate records
• Anonymise sensitive information
• Assist with improving data quality
• Support training sessions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within agreed timelines

 

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Dutch at a C1 level and you can communicate well in English (B2).

🎓 Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus.

💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

• Comfortable with digital tools and data entry.

💪🏻 Willingness to learn and attend regular training sessions

🥇 You have strong communication skills, and you are flexible, take ownership, and you work well under pressure with deadlines.
