About the job:

As an IT/Technical Customer Support Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers. Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these:

    • Maintaining relationships with clients through phone communication
    • Providing clients with product knowledge
    • Effectively managing all incoming incidents, such as calls and emails
    • Collecting information from clients and resolving technical issues

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

            💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

                💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

                    🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
