The job

As a service desk specialist you will be responsible for tasks like these:

• Provide help for customers and ensure follow up
• Be in charge of quick, accurate and effective resolution
• Prioritise the incoming requests based on SLA (Service Level Agreements)
• Collect information to resolve the problems efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date and help maintaining internal knowledge base
• Contribute on training of new comers

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must

💻 You have a basic understanding of the IT environment and decent level of computer handling skills. MS office knowlegde.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good interpersonal relationship building skills.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
