Our client is Euro Live Technologies (ELT), part of Playtech, the world's leading developer of online gaming software and live video stream gaming services. ELT has an international team that has been operating in Riga since 2008. From day one, their core value has been to put people at the center of everything they do. Euro Live Technologies is growing exponentially with over 1,800 employees and succesfully runs multiple studio areas for some of the world's biggest operators across a range of markets.
And NOW they are looking to expand their international game presenter team by adding a Danish-speaking game presenter!
As a Danish-speaking Game Presenter/Croupier/Dealer (don't worry about the job title, they all mean the same), you are the face of the company and you will entertain online players in modern studios. You will be responsible for managing various casino games and helping players understand the rules. You will work at one game table for 30 minutes, after which there will be a 'dealer's change' (and you switch to a new table/game). After every 1.5-2.5 hours, you will get a 30 minute break.
Your daily work includes tasks such as:
💭 You speak Danish at a native level and your are fluent in English.
🎓Professional experience in entertainment or in roles that require refined speech, visual presentations, and posture is an advantage. Experience in customer service or tourism can also be an advantage.
💪🏻 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of punctuality and accuracy. You're able to handle highly stressful situatians, and express your thoughts clearly and concisely. Alse you are able to manage potential conflicts effectively.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
