The job

As a Customer Support / IT Support you will be helping customers on a daily basis. You are the first point of contact between the customer and the client. It is a job where you have to work hard, as it is your goal to solve every customers issue during the first contact you have with them. You represent the client in a positive and professional manner. Over time, you will get to know the products inside out.

Your daily work includes tasks like these:

  • Answer all calls and emails from customers who have questions regarding features or have issues relating to mobile or web application, their account, or any general inquiry
  • Update the internal database regarding cases with all appropriate information pertaining to your customer interactions
  • Customer retention through relationship building

Your qualifications

  • You speak Danish at a native level and you're good in Lithuanian (at least C2 level)
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset. You also have experience creating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues
  • Ability to identify problems/challenges through conversation and create resolutions for customers quickly and efficiently
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and the drive to go above and beyond to achieve success
