About the job:

You will become the first point of contact between the customers and the streaming platform, and you will therefore be representing this magical company and be their friendly welcoming and helpful voice. Your responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers responding to their inquiries via e-mail, chat & phone
  • Help solving issues regarding streaming errors, payment issues, account recovery including forgotten passwords etc.
  • Troubleshooting and solving customer problems
  • Assisting with questions and setting up customer products
  • Providing how-to-use steps for their newly bought devices, and guiding customers to arrange a repair if needed.


Your qualifications:

💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

          💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

              💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

                  🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
