    Our client makes it possible to live in Cyprus while pursuing a career in customer service. Here, you'll work for the Danish brand e-Boks! Depending on the client's needs and your skills, you'll be involved in multiple projects, ranging from commercial service to technical support. The client is a trusted and well-reputed company, that also provide customer service for brands like Zalando, PlayStation, and TUI. You will receive training and gain all brand knowledge you need during your first four weeks. After this period, you will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of customers via phone, email, and chat. 


    The job:

Working in customer service means having different tasks and customer management every day. It is a diverse job where there is always a customer in need of your assistance or a case that requires your solutions. Therefore, it is important that you are a problem-solving individual with a positive, calm, and professional attitude. In this specific job the customers are often calling because of technical issues with e-Boks, breakdowns, guidance for usage, and specific mails they receive.

    Your daily work will include tasks like these:

      • Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
      • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
      • Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
      • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
      • Answer players' phone calls and emails related to their console/network inquiries, etc.


      Your qualifications:

      💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

      🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must.

      💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills.

          💪🏻 You have a desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver. 

            🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills. You have good interpersonal relationship building skills.
