About the job:

You will answer customer inquiries via email and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and follow up on customer satisfaction. The inquiries will be regarding everything from malfunctions/errors, payment issues, and to providing feedback on specific games or services. You will get all the training and tools needed to provide customer support on the incoming requests, so all you need is to possess a strong ability to create an immediate good and supportive context and handle the customers' issues fast and efficient by actively listening and asking probing questions to fully understand their request.

    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

    🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

            💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

                💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

                    🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
