About the job:

The main purpose of the role is to review user flagging reports regarding content on TikTok. It is a very detail oriented role, where stress resistance and concentration are of very high importance. You will be in charge of looking through content and determine whether it follow restrictions, terms of use and guidelines of TikTok. You will not have any customer contact in this position.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Review user flagging reports regarding website content
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
  • Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner
  • Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policies
  • Use market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user community
  • Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjects


Your qualifications:

💭 You speak Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must.

          💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

              💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.

                  🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
