The job:

If you're ready to embark on an exciting journey and contribute to creating a positive online experience for millions of users, don't miss out on this opportunity! Your daily work will include tasks like these:

    • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regarding
    • IT issues and queries
    • Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool based on user communication via phone, email, chat etc.
    • Ensure that issues are resolved within ticket life cycle
    • Incident handling and escalation management
    • Communicate well with internal and external contacts
    • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members
    • Adhere to the company's and client’s procedures, policies and guidelines
    • Escalate unresolved calls to the resolution support team
    • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
    • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles


    Your qualifications:

    💭 You speak and write Czech at a native level and you are fluent in English.

    🎓 At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support industry. Sales skill and experience of Retail is an advantage.

    💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to shift to chat, email, contact us form & Messaging support when needed.

        💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

        🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
