Your role as Licensing Associate (LA) will be to work with the Renewal Specialist (RS) and the Senior Account Manager (PCM) to secure that the customers renewal agreement are on time, helping to identify licensing, up sell, and cross sell opportunities, aligned to the customers' need.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
💭 You speak and write French, German and/or Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 A minimum of 2-3 years licensing experience working with and understanding negotiations in licensing contracts. Experience working with or selling Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, Biz apps. Experienced in establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
🥇 You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
