The client is the 4th largest automaker worldwide and it is a mobility technology company comprising 14 automotive brands such as Citroen, Chrysler, Maserati, Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, and Alfa Romeo. They offer sustainable insurance products and services, and their Maltese office is based in the lovely city Ta’ Xbiex.

The job

Come and work for the insurance side of this prestigious company. You will be handling claims and take on responsibility for ensuring that claims progress in an orderly and efficient manner. Advising and supporting claims handlers in the daily handling of claims and providing ongoing training to them will also be part of your job. Furthermore, you will work directly with the compliance team to review, handle, and respond to claims whilst also collaborating with external stakeholders such as medical experts. So if you are able to think creatively to both anticipate and solve problems, this job position could be for you.

Your qualifications

πŸ’­ You speak and write fluent French and English (any other European language is considered a plus), since you are expected to have the ability to work in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills including strong negotiation and communication skills.

πŸŽ“ Working experience in a similar role (insurance industry) is a plus.

πŸ’» Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

πŸ’ͺ🏻You are proactive in taking decisions and initiative in the claims handling process.

πŸ₯‡ Ability to work with tight deadline and under pressure environment. Diligence and reliability in the processes and tasks assigned
