Jolien is our Belgian expert in marketing and paid advertisement. She is now living her best life in sunny Andalucía, Spain, where she enjoys a life of sea views, delicious food, and never ending vacation vibes.

Jolien is passionate about  the opportunity of connecting people with jobs that can change their whole lifestyle for the better. Whether it’s a dream job or a fresh start in a new country, she finds meaningfulness in supporting every step of the way.

Her own life abroad started with a little assistance from love and a dash of adventure. While planning an internship in Barcelona, she met her now-husband, a kind Spaniard who offered to help with her paperwork. This internship eventually led them to settle down in Spain. After a few years in the north, they made their way south, and eight years later, Jolien is still loving every day of her life.

Jolien speaks five languages and she is a big foodie who can give you the best recommendations. Her best advice is to be open to surprises, say yes to new experiences, and learn a bit of the local language - it will pay off.

Furthermore, she loves hiking with her dog Hope, a Belgian/German Shepherd with a strong personality, and she is also a volleyball coach, travelling across Andalucía with her team to compete.
