We are a language based recruitment agency, founded in 2018, fully remote and support people from all over Europe to get jobs all over Europe.
The Job Squad is a diverse and international team, known for its proficiency in various languages, familiarity with different places, and understanding of diverse cultures.. We work in English as company language, but everyone wor across their teams in their native languages.
What you’ll be doing
As our Junior SEO & Copywriter, you’ll help us create fun, engaging, and helpful content that attracts job seekers from German speaking countries You’ll work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to:
- Write job ads and blog articles in German
- Do Translation work and ensure job posts, and website and ads are updated and translated (from English to German)
- Research keywords and help improve our SEO rankings
- Help with social media captions or newsletter content
- Keep an eye on what’s trending in the job market and help us stay relevant
- Support TIKTOK and social media team with ideas, translations and info (10% of workload)
- Be in Direct contact with our SEO and Link building agency.
What we’re looking for
Someone who could have written this job post better than it is here and
- You’re fluent in German (Native) and have good English skills
- You enjoy writing and have a good feel for tone and grammar
- You’re curious and have basic knowledge about SEO (no worries, we’ll teach you!)
- You’re organised and can work independently
- You’re a team player who’s happy to give ideas and learn new things
- You are good at working remote and by yourself but join a young and fun team online.
- Pref. live within EU timezone.
