As a Danish Customer Service Cordinator in the retail services sector, you will coordinate maintenance and repair services for retail clients across the Nordic market.
You will be responsible for ensuring service visits are planned efficiently, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting technicians throughout the service process. This role combines customer service, coordination and operational planning in a fast-paced international environment.
The position is fully office-based in Barcelona and follows a Monday to Friday schedule.
💭 You are fluent in Danish and have good English or Spanish skills.
🤝 You have previous customer service experience or are highly service-minded.
🛍️ Experience within retail or maintenance coordination is an advantage.
🧩 You are proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
💬 You communicate clearly and enjoy working closely with customers and colleagues.
💻 You are comfortable learning new systems and working with internal software.
