As a French Sub-Saharan African Speaking Quality Expert Reviewer in the content moderation sector, you will review moderation decisions across multiple workflows to ensure platform policies are applied accurately, consistently and fairly.
This is a quality-focused role for experienced content moderation professionals who are comfortable handling sensitive content and making nuanced moderation decisions involving regional and cultural context.
The position is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and includes rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.
💭 You are fluent in French Sub-Saharan African and have strong English skills (C1 level).
📚 You have previous content moderation experience (required).
🧩 You have strong analytical thinking and policy interpretation skills.
💬 You can provide clear, professional and constructive feedback.
💪🏻 You are emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content.
🌍 You understand regional and cultural nuances relevant to the French SSA market.
🤝 You work well in team environments and maintain high quality standards.
