The job
As a German Payment Customer Support Advisor in the FinTech and payment services sector, you will support merchants with payment terminal and acquiring-related inquiries.
This is an on-site role in Athens.
Your main objective is to ensure smooth transaction processes and provide professional B2B customer support in the payments industry.
Your daily work will include
Handling transaction and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments)
Onboarding new B2B customers
Updating merchant information in internal databases
Providing accurate information using multiple internal systems
Working in fixed shifts Monday to Friday (09:00–17:00 or 10:30–18:30)
Meeting performance targets and contributing to team success

Your qualifications
Native or near-native German (C2 level)
English C1 level
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office
Analytical mindset and confidence working with financial data
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using multiple software systems
Target-oriented and team-player mentality
Fast comprehension and ease working with numbers
