With an international clientele, we serve à la carte, buffet, and banqueting services at a high culinary standard.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage your kitchen section
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes
  • Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation
  • Ensure clean, safe, and efficient work areas, complying with HACCP standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and assist during peak hours

Requirements:
  • EU passport is mandatory
  • Basic/intermediate German level and good English is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Adaptability to mountain life: resilient, calm under pressure, and motivated
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and passion for quality cuisine
