Concetta is originally from Italy and now lives in Barcelona, where she enjoys the sunshine, the energy of the city and its international atmosphere. She has worked in recruitment since 2020 and is now beginning a new chapter with Job Squad. What she enjoys most is helping people find roles where they can grow. Seeing someone succeed and knowing she helped them get there is what motivates her every day.

Her journey abroad began with curiosity. She wanted to experience new cultures and learn from different ways of life. So far, she has lived in Turkey, Portugal and now Spain, and she has travelled widely across Europe and beyond.

Her first move was to Turkey, where she worked for a human rights foundation supporting the Kurdish community. Working with local activists and learning from the people around her broadened her perspective and shaped her path. That experience sparked her passion for living abroad and discovering new places.

For Concetta, the best part of moving somewhere new is meeting people, learning the language and getting to know the local environment. There is always something new to discover.

Outside of work she enjoys sports, spending time in nature and playing with her nephews. She is a true foodie and loves trying new dishes.
