The job
As a Dutch Account Executive, you will be part of an international sales team within Salescode — a global leader in building high-performing sales organisations for the tech industry. You’ll manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing. Your goal? Build strong client relationships, drive growth, and deliver world-class results.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Conducting product demos and presentations for senior stakeholders across industries
Identifying and developing new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Maintaining long-term client relationships and providing professional after-sales support
Negotiating contracts and updating data in the CRM system
Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Using storytelling and consultative selling to build trust and close deals
Travelling to client or team meetings a few times per year (expenses covered)

Your qualifications
💭 You are a native or near-native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (C1 level).
🎓 You have 2+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or 3+ years in Demand Generation (preferably in IT or software).
💪🏻 You have a strong ability to build relationships, lead executive-level conversations, and identify client needs.
🥇 You are highly organised, independent, and detail-oriented.
📊 You can manage pipelines efficiently and deliver accurate forecasts.
✅ You have empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
