The job

As a Customer Service & Sales Agent for this Dutch Lottery, you will handle inbound calls from customers regarding various lottery products. Typical questions may involve: address changes, payment issues, lost tickets, app malfunctions, or prize claims. After assisting the customer, you have to step into sales opportunities and you are expected to make a sales offer, such as additional tickets, upgrades, or subscriptions. This is a commercial customer service role, requiring both service orientation and sales skills.

A VOG (certificate of conduct) is required for this position.

Your qualifications

💭 You speak fluent Dutch

🎓 Experience in customer care is an asset, but no requirement

💻 You have basic PC and phone skills (ability to work with multiple systems)

💪🏻 Service-minded and able to listen actively
