As a Customer Service Representative for this leading Dutch energy company, you will be handling questions from customers about their energy contracts. With your friendliness and social skills, the customers will be sad when the conversation with you ends, but happy because you have helped them even better then they could have wished for! The help includes helping them set up new contracts or renew existing ones. You’ll also speak with customers who are considering cancelling their contract with the client. In those cases, you’ll take the time to understand their needs and see if you can offer them a better deal.
Some examples of customer questions you might handle:
💭 You speak and write Dutch at a native level and English at a communicative level
🎓 Experience in customer care is an asset, but no requirement
💻 You have basic PC and phone skills
💪🏻 Service-minded and able to listen actively
🥇 You are eager to learn and develop
