As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building and grounds maintenance while ensuring all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulations. You will supervise employees and service providers, manage budgets, and implement improvements in energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on, technically minded professional who is fit, strong, and ready to take ownership of all aspects of facility management.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Overseeing maintenance of buildings and grounds
Ensuring emergency preparedness procedures are implemented correctly
Supervising staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and to standard
Recommending and implementing facility design, mechanical, and electrical modifications
Managing budgets and advising on cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency
Drafting reports and making recommendations based on analysis and forecasting
Inspecting facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
Managing contracts and third-party service providers
Ensuring compliance with government, environmental, health, and safety regulations
We offer
💭 You are male, 30–40 years old, fluent in English, and come from a medium or large organisation where you managed suppliers, cleaning, maintenance, building works, upgrades, and onboarding.
🎓 You hold a university diploma and can provide an original diploma or certified copy (minimum high school).
💪🏻 You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven management skills.
🥇 You are technically minded, hands-on, fit, strong, and healthy, with excellent organisational and supervisory abilities.
📄 You hold a valid passport (minimum 1 year 3 months validity at the time of application, for non-Hague Convention nationals legalization may be required).
📌 For candidates already in Serbia: White Card, landlord’s ID, lease agreement, and entry stamp in passport.
💻 You are proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyse financial data, solve complex problems, and execute strategic plans.
