Amor was born and raised in Oslo, Norway, but his journey has taken him far beyond the fjords. At the age of 19, he followed his gut and moved to Lisbon, a spontaneous decision that quickly turned into something much bigger. Today, Lisbon isn’t just his favourite city, it’s home. After spending time in Florida and travelling across Europe and the U.S., Amor is now settling into his dream apartment in the heart of Lisbon, ready to call Portugal his forever place.

He gets energised from helping people find jobs that actually feel right for them. With his background, network, and energy, he’s a natural talent at making people feel seen and supported. Amor loves travelling solo and it has shaped him, taught him resilience, and made him even more open to the stories of others. When he’s not working, he is usually out exploring the streets of his latest destination, trying new food, or planning his next adventure. He’s all about stepping outside his comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same. His advice for people who also think about taking the leap and start working and living abroad, he remembers his own experiences. He remembers the discomfort he felt at the beginning. But he advises you to embrace this and to trust the process. The beginning can be overwhelming, but if you stick with it, one day you’ll look around and realise you’ve built something beautiful, somewhere completely new.
