Luciana is from Argentina since high school she’s known that she wanted to work with people in the business world.
She studied Human Resources and after she finished her university career she decided to pack her bags and travel around Europe while at the same time studying a Master in Human resources and got international experience.
She worked for a small company in Argentina and for two of the biggest recognizable brands in the world, she like both the corporate and the Startup world!

Lasse holds a background in Recruiting for some of the fastest growing Startups in Copenhagen.
He has worked since he was 16 and been involved in over 6 startups. He has taken part in various courses for talent development.
Lasse has travelled around in South America for 6 months and claims he speaks Spanish.
Hafdis Fanney is a born and raised Icelandic Viking that lives in Sweden. Her dream is to live in Spain in the wintertime which she will do for the first time this year. She is really outgoing and positive as a person and loves hanging with her family, friends and pets.
She started working in summer jobs when she was 14, but then started her carrier in Customer Service when she was 16. She loves being in an International environment but also helping and supporting people that wants to go out of their comfort zone and try something new.
You will find Hafdis mostly in Sweden, Iceland, Spain, Norway or the US as she has family all over the world.
Linda holds a Degree in Brand building, A BA in Entrepreneurship and innovation and a Master in Creativity and Innovation.
She has lived in Denmark, France and currently Malta. She has been self-employed on and off since she was 16, in between she has worked within tourism, lobbyism and sales.
Linda is in charge of the Marketing and branding of Job Squad, besides that she loves to help people to get new jobs and support them in the life-changing experience!
Raised in the North of France between cows and outstanding weather, Romain is by far the tallest person of the Squad. Passionate of sport and food, he recently developed an interest in photography, and we are not talking about selfies.
Romain is the inhouse social media Ninja, besides that he can help you with a job all around. Romain has a passion for travelling, and you will often find him on the go, visiting new destinations.
This 2-times France Basketball Champion has worked for many different associations in his business school and also worked for various companies over the years. From a multinational sports retailer to a smoothie stand or a Duty-Free store, our Frenchman has experienced many different workplaces and apparently developed a few skills (Legends say he makes the best smoothies in France).

Born France but have lived for the last 3 years in Athens and is the perfect guide for someone just moving there.
Lauree has a background in HR departments in large outsourcing companies and got the finger on the pulse within the industry.
Born in Scotland but raised in the Netherlands, Tim truly is a crazy Dutchman (although he doesn’t like cheese or clogs)
He is able to think creatively and doesn’t back down from a challenge. Anything from starting his own company, to learning Chinese or tinkering with recipes to make a lower calorie pizza, Tim can truly do it all!
From a professional standpoint, his roles are as varied – giving him an advantage of different skill sets to set him up for success: from car sales to software licensing, and even becoming a professional ”close-up magician”.
On any given weekend you can find Tim living life to the fullest whether that be hiking the Scottish Highlands or grabbing last minute flights to beautiful destinations around the world.
Fili is born in Belgium and moved to Malta to work for a large NGO working within Education.
She has a Master in business and marketing and she works with translation and languages.
Frédérique grew up in the Netherlands, the place that she will always call home.
After achieving her Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, she worked in various leadership roles for International 5*hotels in Europe, Asia and the Middle East before becoming Cabin Crew for an International Airline. To get her feet back on the ground she joined the Recruitment Team and discovered a new passion.
To the question; ‘What is the most amazing city in the world?’ she still doesn’t know the answer, but she is very excited about helping others to achieve their dream of living and working abroad. ‘Let your dreams be your wings’.
Zoe is Malteser and lives and study in Malta, her study field is Graphic design and art.
Zoe is the marketing angle who is keeping our Facebook page vibrant, creating visuals for our recruiters and supporting us with random graphic tasks as they come in. She works 2 days a week with us, and we are super happy to add her to our big remote team!
Fun fact, she did Erasmus in Berlin, and loves to travel, so she fits right into the spirit of Job Squad!
Nik is Maltese and has worked for international companies since he started working. Nik has a background in recruitment and also work with helping people book apartments on the Maltese Islands.
Nik travels a lot and loves to help people to get to travel and work abroad.
Melina lives in Northern Finland and she was supposed to start working in customer support in Mallorca in 2020 but then COVID-19 happened and everything got cancelled.
Luckily, that’s how she found the wonderful Job Squad and started studying HR!
Her previous experience and education are on tourism working mainly in hotels in Finland and in Spain.
She is passionate about travelling and helping others to pursue their dreams when it comes to working abroad.
In 2019 Melina visited 7 different countries including Havana, Cuba and LA, California!
