Despite Malta’s small geographical size, the island offers lots of ​​events and thing to do. In the summer, the island is among one of Europeans’ favourite destinations, as there is ample opportunities for diving, snorkelling or other water sports during the daytime. You can spend your afternoon in Valletta’s narrow cobbled streets or at one of the temple’s beautiful historic monuments. In the evening, cocktails can be enjoyed with culinary delights from all over the world.

Malta is an old English colony and the spoken language on the island is English and Maltese. Therefore you will also be quick to notice that you drive on the left side, and eggs and bacon are the standard breakfast.

Working as part of a dynamic and international team you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process and you will among several other tasks do the following: 

  • Have the responsibility for the operational and strategic recruitment process for the Norwegian market. Planning, job briefing, create job ads, database and proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, feedback sessions and handholding. 
  • Build a strong relationship with sales and delivery managers to understand the needs every week 
  • Create and find new sources in order to contact potential candidates 
  • Support the candidates on the entire journey 
  • Process candidates request and provide relevant information 

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus
  • Lives in Malta or are ready to relocate  
  • Experience from an international environment is a plus 
  • Has knowledge and experience with social media and knows how to use it effectively as a recruitment tool  
  • Native Norwegian speaker (C1 Level) 
  • Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal (B2 Level)   

We offer: 

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) 
  • Normal office hours Monday to Friday (But need to be willing to build up a pipeline in the weekend and talk to candidates if they need help or have questions) 
  • International work environment 
  • 2 weeks onboarding programme, so you will be introduced to our company and quickly feel at home in the team and with your tasks
